The posting

Binnen een groeiende bouwgerelateerde groep met meerdere entiteiten krijg je als Controller een sleutelrol in de financiële rapportering en procesoptimalisatie. De organisatie evolueert voortdurend en zet sterk in op digitalisering, waardoor je actief meewerkt aan een moderne en efficiënte financiële structuur. Als Controller ondersteun je de maandelijkse rapportering, de integratie van nieuwe vennootschappen en de verdere professionalisering van de rapporteringsomgeving.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van maandafsluitingen en zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige consolidatie van financiële gegevens.
  • Verlenen van operationele ondersteuning aan lokale finance‑ en accountingteams binnen verschillende entiteiten.
  • Integreren van nieuwe vennootschappen en filialen in de groepsrapportering.
  • Opstellen en coördineren van budgetten, forecasts en meerjarenplannen.
  • Analyseren van resultaten en afwijkingen ten opzichte van budget en voorgaande periodes.
  • Opstellen, analyseren en verbeteren van rapporteringen binnen de rapporteringstool.
  • Ondersteunen van de CFO bij financiële analyses en ad‑hoc projecten.
  • Optimaliseren van rapporteringsprocessen en bijdragen aan digitalisering en automatisering.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor financiële rapportering binnen de groep, met rechtstreekse rapportering aan de CFO.

Deze functie biedt de mogelijkheid om als Controller een actieve rol op te nemen in een ambitieuze en groeiende organisatie. Door de diversiteit aan entiteiten ontwikkel je je tot een veelzijdige Controller met impact op de volledige financiële structuur.

  • Masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of boekhoudkundige richting.
  • Minstens zeven jaar relevante ervaring binnen controlling, accounting, audit of corporate finance.
  • Sterke boekhoudkundige basis en inzicht in financiële processen.
  • IT‑minded en vertrouwd met financiële systemen, Excel en data‑analyse.
  • Hands‑on ingesteld en bereid om operationeel te ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en affiniteit met cijfers.
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en pragmatisch.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende entiteiten.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans.
