Over Roetz Roetz Fair Factory is een circulaire fietsfabriek in Amsterdam-Noord. Hier geven we afgedankte materialen een tweede leven door er hoogwaardige fietsen van te maken. Naast onze eigen collectie produceren we onder andere de bekende OV-fiets Recycle en de Postcode Loterij fietsen. Onze fabriek draait niet alleen om circulariteit, maar ook om sociale impact. We bieden een diverse groep mensen de kans om (opnieuw of voor het eerst) met plezier aan het werk te gaan en hun talenten verder te ontwikkelen. Waarom deze functie? Bij Roetz krijg je een zelfstandige en veelzijdige rol met veel eigenaarschap. Als hét financiële aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie heb je een directe invloed op de financiële koers én de verdere groei van onze circulaire scale-up. Je werkt nauw samen met het managementteam en de aandeelhouders, krijgt de ruimte om processen te verbeteren en zet financiële data om in inzichten waarop de organisatie kan sturen.
