Als Controller speel je een belangrijke rol binnen de organisatie. Je ondersteunt het management, stuurt een team van twee collega's aan en maakt onderdeel uit van het MT. Je rapporteert aan de Algemeen Directeur. Je bent een stevige persoonlijkheid met een nuchtere instelling en brengt enthousiasme en ambitie mee. Je houdt overzicht, maar hebt ook oog voor detail. Je bent zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en signaleert waar zaken slimmer en efficiënter kunnen. Daarbij durf je collega's aan te spreken en ga je gesprekken niet uit de weg. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verantwoordelijkheid voor de financiële administratie, rapportages en salarisadministratie; - Analyseren en bespreken van projectprestaties met directie en projectleiders; - Aansturen en begeleiden van twee collega's; - Adviseren aan het management vanuit financieel perspectief; - Signaleren en initiëren van verbeteringen in financiële en administratieve processen. Kwalificaties Wat vragen we van jou? - Je functioneert op hbo werk- en denkniveau en hebt 10B8 een afgeronde financiële opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfseconomie of Finance & Control; - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring in een vergelijkbare financiële functie; - Ervaring met projecten en onderhanden werk (OHW) is een pre; - Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; - Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en een echte zelfstarter; - Je bent nuchter, enthousiast en ambitieus en voelt je thuis in een praktische, laagdrempelige organisatie; - Je durft mensen aan te spreken en denkt actief mee over hoe het slimmer en efficiënter kan; - Je bent vaardig met Microsoft Excel en hebt ervaring met E...
