Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de periodieke afsluitingen, waarbij je veel werkt met complexe boekingen. Denk aan afschrijvingen, leningen, deelnemingen en andere financiële mutaties die horen bij een groep van ongeveer 200 bedrijven. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij verschillende fiscale werkzaamheden. Wat deze functie extra interessant maakt, is dat je nauw betrokken bent bij de bedrijven waarin wordt geïnvesteerd. Iedere onderneming heeft een eigen administratie en directie. Je beoordeelt de financiële cijfers, hebt contact met accountants en fiscalisten en zorgt ervoor dat de waarde van de deelnemingen op de juiste manier in de administratie wordt verwerkt. Om dit goed te kunnen doen, verdiep je je regelmatig in notariële akten, leningsovereenkomsten en andere juridische documenten. Zo krijg je niet alleen inzicht in de cijfers, maar ook in de structuur en achtergrond van iedere investering. Er is ruimte om iemand te begeleiden in het werk, dus het is niet noodzakelijk dat je met alle werkzaamheden al ervaring hebt. Het team is betrokken, werkt nauw samen en kennis delen is een wederzijdse investering voor de lange termijn. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Begeleiden van de administrateur bij de dagelijkse financiële werkzaamheden; - Verzorgen van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en het opstellen van financiële rapportages en jaarrekeningen; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van de financiële administraties van de managementvennootschappen en investeringsstructuren; - Onderhouden van contact met accountants, fiscalisten en andere externe adviseurs; - Ondersteunen bij fiscale werkzaamheden, waaronder de vennootschapsbelasting en CBS-aangiften; - Beoordelen en doorgronden van notariële akten, leningsovereenkomsten en andere juridische documenten; - Onde...
