Een functie met inhoud, verantwoordelijkheid en vooral veel ruimte om je eigen stempel te drukken. Functieomschrijving Als Controller bij La Providence zit je dicht op de organisatie. Je weet wat de cijfers vertellen, maar wilt ook begrijpen waarom ze iets vertellen. Je vertaalt financiële informatie naar duidelijke inzichten en bespreekt deze met het management. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het verzorgen van financiële afsluitingen en managementrapportages; - het analyseren van kosten, resultaten en afwijkingen tussen begroting en realisatie; - het opstellen van begrotingen, prognoses en liquiditeitsinzichten; - het voorbereiden van de jaarrekening en andere financiële verantwoording; - het bewaken van de kwaliteit van financiële dossiers en fiscale aangiften; - het signaleren van verbeterpunten binnen financiële processen en AO/IC; - het adviseren van management en bestuur op basis van jouw analyses; - het begeleiden en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen Finance. Samen met de Finance Manager zorg je ervoor dat de teams Finance, Applicatiebeheer, Personeels- en salarisadministratie en Planning goed hun werk kunnen doen.
