Robert Half is op zoek naar Controller (M/V/X) - Regio Antwerpen.

Het gaat om een dynamische organisatie met een sterke focus op financiële transparantie, correcte rapportering en continue optimalisatie van interne processen.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Controller (M/V/X):

  • Je bereidt interne financiële rapporteringen voor zodat het management tijdig en correct inzicht krijgt in de bedrijfsresultaten.
  • Je stelt externe rapporteringen op voor regelgevende instanties in overeenstemming met de geldende wettelijke vereisten.
  • Je ondersteunt de opmaak van de financiële staten en volgt deze nauwgezet op in samenwerking met externe boekhoudpartners.
  • Je levert informatie aan auditors en andere externe partijen en beantwoordt hun vragen op een vlotte en accurate manier.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van portfoliorapportering en de bijhorende interne rapporten.
  • Je volgt de volledige factuurstroom op, inclusief goedkeuringen, PO-toewijzingen en finale validatie, met aandacht voor een correcte analytische codering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met externe boekhouders om de kwaliteit, juistheid en volledigheid van de boekhoudkundige processen te bewaken.
  • Je maakt intercompanyfacturen en doorfacturaties op volgens de interne richtlijnen.
  • Je controleert en valideert betaalbestanden ter voorbereiding van de betalingsruns.
  • Je beheert financiële en juridische documenten, contracten en rapporteringsdossiers.
  • Je bereidt dossiers voor investerings- en directievergaderingen voor en volgt de administratieve acties verder op.
  • Je detecteert proactief verbetermogelijkheden en draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van financiële en administratieve processen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting.
  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in een financiële functie.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van boekhoudkundige principes en rapporteringsprocessen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Excel en hebt bij voorkeur ook ervaring met boekhoudsoftware zoals Exact Online, WinBooks, Yuki of gelijkaardige systemen.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt met een hoge graad van nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je gaat discreet en betrouwbaar om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot, werkt graag samen en denkt proactief en oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
