Controller (Groningen) controller 32-40 uur 1 september 2026 Vending@Work, hét grootste vendingbedrijf van Nederland, bedient vanuit drie distributiecentra (Groningen, Nieuwegein en Nijmegen) vending machines in Nederland. Dit doen wij met de inzet van circa 300 betrokken medewerkers. Daarnaast verzorgt Vending@Work de catering op meerdere schoollocaties. Als controller kun jij bijdragen aan de verdere groei van Vending@Work én ontwikkelingen op het gebied van control en interne beheersing! Functieomschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een allround hands-on controller, die het leuk vindt een breed en afwisselend takenpakket te hebben. Dit doe je niet alleen, want je wordt in je werkzaamheden ondersteund door twee financieel administratieve collega's. Als controller rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de directeur en fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle financiële gerelateerde zaken, zowel intern als ook voor externe partijen, zoals het accountantskantoor, verzekeringsmaatschappijen en de Belastingdienst. Daarnaast heb je een actieve rol in het optimaliseren van financiële processen. Jouw afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor accounting en reporting. Vanuit jouw positie heb je een coördinerende, maar ook een uitvoerende rol en werk je tegelijkertijd nog hands- on mee. Je bent o.a. verantwoordelijk voor: - De output van de volledige financiële administratie van de holding en haar werkmaatschappijen - Periodieke afsluitingen, de daarbij horende rapportages en de gehele jaarafsluiting - De gehele voorbereiding op de jaarrekening controle door de accountant - Het opstellen van diverse analyses en rapportages - Het verbeteren van de administratieve organisatie en interne controle - Het beheren van de verzekeringsportefeuille - Voorkomende uitvoerende werkzaamheden zoals bankmutaties, pakbon- en factuurcontrole, boekingen m.b.t. het jaarwerk etc. in afstemming met het team Je profiel - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde financiële HBO op...
