Für unsere Abteilung Finanz am Standort in Radfeld (Bezirk Kufstein, Tirol, Österreich) suchen wir ab sofort 1 CONTROLLER & FINANCE IMPROVEMENT MANAGER (M/W/D) IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Change Management

* Entwicklung des Controllings zum Business Partner für das Management, mit Fokus auf Performance und Cashflow durch

Transparenz, Effektivität & Effizienz sowie Vertrauen

* Aktive Gestaltung des Wandels, insbesondere Professionalisierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung des Controllings, inklusive der

Weiterentwicklung des ERP's sowie der Implementierung von BITools

* Aufbau eines Kennzahlensystems in Anlehnung an das Controlling der Gruppe

* Enge Zusammenarbeit sowie Coaching für die Fachbereiche in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen Analyse & Aufbau von Steuerungsstrukturen

* Aufbau und Optimierung der Projektstrukturen von Programmen im Sonderfahrzeugbau

* Aktive betriebswirtschaftliche Unterstützung der Fachbereiche zur ergebnisorientierten Steuerung des Unternehmens

* Aktive Teilnahme an Shopfloor Meetings zur operativen Steuerung

* Reporting von KPIs an die Gruppe

* Mitarbeit bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rechnungswesen sowie den Fachabteilungen

* Durchführung des Planungsprozesses sowie Erstellung von Analysen und Prognosen

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

Fachliche Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen,

Wirtschaftsinformatik)

* 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder in derUnternehmensberatung im produzierenden Umfeld, proven track record bei der Neugestaltung von Steuerungsinstrumenten

* Sicherer Umgang in MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere MS Excel

* Idealerweise ERP-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken oder Reporting-Systemen (z. B. Power BI, BI Software)

Persönliche Kompetenzen:

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Hervorragendes Zahlenverständnis sowie analytische Fähigkeiten

* Gern eine hohe technische Affinität und/oder IT-Affinität

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln mit ausgeprägter Kunden und Serviceorientierung sowie hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein

Sprachkenntnisse:

* Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

Wir entlohnen nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Für diese Position ist ein Bruttojahresgehalt von € 65.000,- vorgesehen.
