Samen met inwoners, partners en de gemeente werken we dagelijks aan sterke buurten, gelijke kansen en een samenleving waarin iedereen mee kan doen. De komende jaren staat Malkander voor belangrijke ontwikkelingen. We werken steeds meer opgavegericht, krijgen te maken met nieuwe financieringsvormen, aanbestedingen en programma's én benutten de kansen van digitalisering en AI. Daarom zoeken wij een ondernemende controller/ financieel manager die verder kijkt dan cijfers alleen en meebouwt aan de organisatie van morgen. Jouw rol Als controller/ financieel manager zorg je voor een financieel gezonde en toekomstbestendige organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Planning & Control-cyclus, risicomanagement en financiële advisering en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor directie, management en Raad van Toezicht. Als lid van het managementteam denk je actief mee over de koers en ontwikkeling van Malkander. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in het verder professionaliseren van onze bedrijfsvoering. Je helpt financiële processen en de projectadministratie inrichten voor een organisatie waarin projecten, programma's, subsidies en aanbestedingen een steeds grotere rol spelen. Je ziet kansen om slimmer te werken en vertaalt ontwikkelingen op het gebied van digitalisering, data en AI naar concrete verbeteringen.
