Ihre Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Geschäftsführung zur Optimierung von Transparenz und Wirtschaftlichkeit

* Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und UGB

* Durchführung der Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Investitionsrechnungen

* Erstellung von Plan-/Soll-/Ist-Analysen, sowie Vor- und Nachkalkulation von Aufträgen und Projekten

* Kalkulation von Produkten sowie Analyse von Herstellkosten und Deckungsbeiträgen

* Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Erarbeiten von Handlungsempfehlungen

* Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Tools und Reporting-Strukturen (z. B. SAP/BI-Tools)

* Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung und Digitalisierung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder Betriebswirtschaft

* 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder Finanzbereich eines produzierenden Unternehmens

* Erfahrung mit SAP FI/CO von Vorteil sowie BI- oder Reporting Tools ist ein Plus, sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse

* Kommunikationssicherer Auftritt in Deutsch und Englisch

* Einsatzfreude und Durchsetzungsstärke in komplexen Sachverhalten und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für ganzheitliche Prozesse

* Eigenständige und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-On-Mentalität

* Freude daran, in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen zu arbeiten, das große Ganze kennenzulernen, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Unser Angebot

Eine Überzahlung ist, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung, möglich.
