Wir sind ein weltweit tätiges Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Österreich und Niederlassungen in Nordamerika, Indien und China. ECON entwickelt und produziert innovative Maschinen für die Kunststoffindustrie. Unsere patentierten Verfahren ermöglichen die Bearbeitung und Entwicklung von Hochleistungskunststoffen und sichern unsere bereits hervorragende weltweite Marktstellung.

Für unser Headquarter in Weißkirchen suchen wir 1 Controller_in Für die ECON Gruppe (Österreich, USA, Indien, China, Brasilien)

Deine Aufgaben:

* Erstellung monatlicher Reports und Controlling der ECON Gruppe

* Federführende Mitwirkung für die Digitalisierung unseres Finanzbereiches

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Kostenrechnungsprozesse

* Erstellung der monatlichen Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung sowie Durchführung aussagekräftiger Plan-Ist-Analysen

Dein Profil:

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen (idealerweise betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung (ca. 3-5 Jahre) in Controlling und Buchhaltung

* Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere professioneller Umgang mit MS Excel und ERP-Erfahrung

* Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen, ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie eine konzeptionelle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (für das internationale Umfeld)

Nice to have:

* Kenntnisse in Systemen wie SAP (R3)

* Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Maschinenbau- oder Industrieunternehmen

* Gegebenenfalls internationale Reisebereitschaft zu den Niederlassungen
