Ihre Aufgaben

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung zur Sicherung von State-of-the-Art-Standards

* Professionelles Erfolgscontrolling für Geschäftsfelder, Produkte, Kunden und Geschäftsstellen - inklusive aussagekräftiger Reportings

* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Geschäftsplänen, Budgetierungen und der (Gesamtbank-)Mehrjahresplanung

* Erstellung von Jahresplänen für Vertriebsteams und Auswertung von Businessplänen

* Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsstellenerfolgsrechnung

* Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung sowie Produktkalkulation zur Ermittlung von Verkaufspreisen

* Forecasting inklusive GuV-Prognosen und Zinsspannenrechnung/-steuerung

* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des periodischen Gesamtbanksteuerungsreports

* Enger Austausch mit Fachbereichen

* Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen und Sonderauswertungen

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denken und strukturiertes Arbeiten

* Erfahrung im Vertriebscontrolling, Rechnungswesen oder Finanzmanagement

* Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office (Excel) und SQL

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Organisationstalent
