Für unseren Standort in Schwoich suchen wir Verstärkung: 1 Controller/in Deine Aufgaben:

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports, Forecasts sowie Budget- und Abweichungsanalysen

* Auswertung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen und Erarbeitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen

* Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie im Budget- und Planungsprozess

* Erstellung aussagekräftiger Management-Auswertungen mit Power BI, Excel und BMD

* Analyse, Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Daten aus ERP-, Finanz- und Produktionssystemen

* Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung betrieblicher Prozesse

Wir erwarten:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling

* Gute Kenntnisse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie Verständnis für Bilanzierungszusammenhänge

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Zahlen- und Analyseaffinität

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Business-Intelligence-Tools, vorzugsweise Power BI

* Idealerweise Kenntnisse in SQL sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Datenbanken
