Ihr Aufgabengebiet * Erstellung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von aussagekräftigen Reports, Kennzahlen und Management-Dashboards * Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts sowie der Unternehmens- und Liquiditätsplanung * Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen * Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei strategischen und operativen Entscheidungen * Analyse und Optimierung von Kostenstrukturen sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen * Erstellung von Investitions- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen * Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen * Weiterentwicklung bestehender Controlling-Instrumente sowie Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Reportingprozessen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finanzbuchhaltung sowie den Bereichen Produktion, Einkauf und Vertrieb

Anforderungen * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH oder Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder Betriebswirtschaft * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling - idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen * Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel * Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B. Qlik Sense) ist von Vorteil * Grundkenntnisse in SQL sind wünschenswert * Analytisches Denkvermögen, Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen * Interesse daran, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und nachhaltig zu verbessern
