Für unseren Finance-Bereich am Hauptsitz in Lambach suchen wir eine erfahrene und analytisch denkende Persönlichkeit (m/w/d), die unser Controlling verstärkt und mit tiefem Verständnis für Transportprozesse, Kostenstrukturen und Leistungskennzahlen maßgeblich zur wirtschaftlichen Steuerung unseres Unternehmens beiträgt. Sie haben ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen, möchten kaufmännische Entscheidungen im Transportalltag fundiert unterstützen und arbeiten gerne eng mit operativen Bereichen wie Disposition, Fuhrpark und Abrechnung zusammen? Ihr Fahrplan - die Aufgaben im Überblick:

* Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreports inkl. branchenspezifischer Kennzahlen

* Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Abweichungs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen im Transport- und Logistikumfeld

* Mitarbeit bei Budgetplanung und Forecasts für operative Bereiche wie Fuhrpark, Lager und internationaler Verkehr

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Controlling- und Reportingstrukturen mit Fokus auf Transportprozesse

* Kosten(stellen)analysen inklusive Fuhrpark-, Touren- und Projektkosten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Buchhaltung, Abrechnung und CFO

* Unterstützung bei Projekten wie Prozessdigitalisierung, Systemoptimierungen und Performance-Verbesserungen im Transportnetzwerk

Ihre Ausstattung - das Profil für unsere Mission:

* Abgeschlossene facheinschlägige kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, FH/Universität mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finance)

* Etwa 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, im besten Fall in Transport oder Logistik

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie hohes Interesse an operativen Prozessen

* Präzise, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Verlässlichkeit, klare Kommunikation und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

* Motivation für eine langfristige Aufgabe mit Gestaltungsspielraum
