Was dich erwartet :

º Verantwortung für Abschlüsse, Forecasts, Budget und langfristige Finanzplanung

º Verbesserung der Forecast-Qualität sowie frühzeitige Identifikation von Risiken und Chancen

º Steuerung von Kosten-, Payroll- und Headcount-Controlling

º Sicherstellung von Bilanz-Governance, Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen und Working Capital

º Analyse von KPIs, Abweichungen und Profitabilität sowie Unterstützung bei Pricing und Financial Modelling

º Gewährleistung von Reporting-Qualität, internen Kontrollen und Compliance

º Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Finance-Prozessen sowie Unterstützung bei Audits, Ad-hoc-Analysen und strategischen Projekten

Was du mitbringst:

º Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting, Economics oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

º Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, Financial Planning, Kostencontrolling oder Financial Governance

º Sehr gutes Verständnis von Bilanzmanagement, Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen und Finanzreporting-Prozessen

º Erfahrung in internationalen FMCG- oder HORECA-Unternehmen von Vorteil

º Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel), SAP sowie BI- /Reporting-Tools

º Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Diese Stellenausschreibung richtet sich
