DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

* Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Aufbereitung und Analyse von betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen, Berichten und Auswertungen

* Erstellung von Projekt-, Bereichs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Statistiken

* Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Geschäftsführung durch fundierte Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen

* Mitarbeit an internen Projekten zur Optimierung von Reporting-Prozessen und Controlling-Instrumenten

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Reports, Auswertungen und Abläufen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, FH oder Universität)

* Berufserfahrungen im Controlling, Finanzbereich oder Rechnungswesen von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und/oder BI-Tools sind ein Plus

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude daran, gemeinsam Dinge voranzubringen
