Voor het Finance-team in Antwerpen zoeken zij een Pricing / Business Controller die een verbindende rol opneemt tussen Finance en de commerciële organisatie. Je komt terecht in een toegankelijke en samenwerkingsgerichte omgeving met korte communicatielijnen, waar ruimte is om kritisch mee te denken en verbeteringen voor te stellen.

Jobomschrijving

USG Professionals is op zoek naar een Pricing / Business Controller voor een internationale speler in regio Antwerpen.

Als Pricing / Business Controller neem je een belangrijke rol op als financiële en analytische sparringpartner van de business. De nadruk binnen jouw functie ligt op pricing, kostprijsberekeningen, marge- en profitabilityanalyses. Je ondersteunt en challenget de business bij prijszetting, commerciële offertes en andere rendabiliteitsvraagstukken en vertaalt financiële data naar concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen.

Je analyseert commerciële dossiers, bouwt en verfijnt prijs- en kostprijsberekeningen en brengt de impact van verschillende scenario's op marge en profitability in kaart. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders en businessunits en combineer je een sterk analytische blik met voldoende commerciële feeling.

Naast het pricingluik neem je ook een breder Business Controlling-luik op. Je ondersteunt onder andere bij periodieke rapportering, budgettering en forecasting, KPI-opvolging en afwijkingsanalyses. Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande processen, modellen en rapporteringen en identificeert mogelijkheden om deze verder te optimaliseren of automatiseren.

De omgeving is sterk data- en Excelgedreven. Je vindt het dan ook fijn om zelf hands-on in de cijfers te duiken, analyses en modellen uit te werken en vervolgens het verhaal achter de cijfers op een begrijpelijke manier naar de business te vertalen.

Je bent een analytisch sterke en hands-on finance professional die energie krijgt van pricing, commerciële analyses en business partnering. Je combineert financiële expertise met nieuwsgierigheid naar de business en durft stakeholders op een constructieve manier te challengen.

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als Business Controller, Pricing Controller, Commercial Controller of in een vergelijkbare analytische financefunctie. Een ervaringsniveau van ongeveer 5 tot 7 jaar relevante ervaring kan mooi aansluiten, waarbij de concrete inhoudelijke ervaring belangrijker is dan het exacte aantal jaren.

Must haves:

  • Relevante ervaring binnen Business Controlling, Pricing, Commercial Controlling of een vergelijkbare analytische financefunctie.
  • Ervaring of duidelijke affiniteit met pricing, costing/kostprijsberekeningen, marge- en profitabilityanalyses.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel en het vermogen om zelfstandig financiële analyses en modellen uit te werken.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden gecombineerd met business partnering en commerciële feeling.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende professionele kennis van het Frans om met Franstalige stakeholders over pricing en commerciële dossiers te overleggen.

Nice to haves:

  • Ervaring met Power BI of andere BI/reportingtools.
  • Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie, automatisering, queries en/of macro's.
  • Ervaring met Activity-Based Costing, customer profitability of commerciële businesscases.
  • Ervaring in een diensten- of staffingomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
