Sie möchten nicht nur Zahlen analysieren, sondern Prozesse optimieren, Systeme weiterentwickeln und die digitale Transformation eines Unternehmens mitgestalten? In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie klassisches Controlling mit moderner SAP-S/4HANA-Kompetenz und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu fundierten Managemententscheidungen. Werden Sie Teil eines Teams, das Finance-Prozesse aktiv weiterdenkt und die Zukunft des Controllings gestaltet.

* Sie übernehmen eine aktive Rolle bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA im Controlling-Umfeld. * Sie wirken maßgeblich an der Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Prozessen im Bereich Finance & Controlling mit. * Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen und internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen und fungieren als Sparringspartner für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen. * Sie analysieren finanzielle Kennzahlen, erkennen Trends und leiten konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab. * Sie gestalten die Optimierung von Reporting-, Planungs- und Controlling-Prozessen und treiben die Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich voran. * Sie unterstützen das Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und stellen effiziente sowie reibungslose Abläufe sicher.

Qualifikationen * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HAK, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Finanzbereich. * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungswesen, Bilanzierung sowie betriebswirtschaftlicher Analyse. * Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse im Umfeld FI/CO (insbesondere CO-OM, CO-PCA, CO-PA und PS). * Praktische Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA oder großes Interesse, die Transformation in diesem Umfeld aktiv mitzugestalten. * Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen, Datenanalysen und modernen Controlling-Tools. * Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Reporting- und Planungssystemen. * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. * Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten. * Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
