In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie die Abteilung Controlling bei der Vorbereitung von Analysen und Performancesteuerungskennzahlen als Grundlage für Managemententscheidungen. Sie wirken aktiv im Planungsprozess sowie bei externen und internen Reportings mit. Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie an strategischen Projekten in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen in einem internationalen Umfeld. Unser Team besteht aus 21 Mitarbeiter_innen.

Was erwartet Sie bei uns?

* Fachliches Aufbereiten von aussagekräftigem Zahlenmaterial und relevanten Managementinformationen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Entscheidungsfindung

* Koordination und Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Vorschau- und Planungsrechnungen gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Controlling Tools unter Verwendung von KI

* Selbstständige Durchführung betriebswirtschaftlicher Analysen sowie Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

* Erstellung von Marktanalysen sowie Ad-hoc-Berichten

Was bringen Sie mit?

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Mathematik oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office und Interesse, auch mit anderen Berichtswerkzeugen (SAP-BW) zu arbeiten

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

* Starkes analytisches und logisches Denkvermögen

* Ausgeprägte Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit

* Innovatives Denken

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt

Mindestens 60.000,- Euro brutto pro Jahr bei 38,5 Wochenstunden. Ebenso wie Sie geben wir uns mit Mindeststandards nicht zufrieden - Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt vereinbaren wir abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und Ihrer Erfahrung.
