Für unseren Standort in Vogelweiderstraße 50, 4600 Wels für die Teufelberger Service GmbH suchen wir ab sofort Persönlichkeiten, die so vielfältig sind wie die Branchen, für die wir unsere Produkte herstellen. 1 Controlling & BI Specialist (w/m/d) (vorab befristet für 2 Jahre)

Dein Aufgabenbereich

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Analysen, Forecasts und Kennzahlen sowie die Unterstützung unserer Budget-, Forecast- und Abschlussprozesse

* Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und die Optimierung unserer Business-Intelligence-Landschaft mit Schwerpunkt Jedox

* Du entwickelst aussagekräftige Reports, Dashboards und Management-Informationen und schaffst damit fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Unternehmen

* Du treibst die Digitalisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Controlling-, Reporting- und Planungsprozesse voran

* Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen und IT zusammen, analysierst Geschäftskennzahlen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab

So überzeugst du uns

* Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Rechnungswesen & Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit und hast bereits fundierte Kenntnisse im operativen Controlling aufgebaut

* Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Business-Intelligence-Lösungen, idealerweise mit Jedox

* Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für ERP-Systeme und arbeitest routiniert mit SAP, vorzugsweise SAP S/4HANA

* Du überzeugst durch deine IT-Affinität, analytische Denkweise sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
