DEINE AUFGABEN

* Safety first! - Du achtest auf deine Sicherheit und Gesundheit und die deiner Kolleg*innen * Du optimierst und automatisierst Datenprozesse mit Power Query und Power BI - du erkennst manuelle, repetitive Prozesse und machst sie effizienter, schneller und fehlerresistenter. * Du erstellst, analysierst und kommentierst Management-Reports sowie relevante KPIs. * Du führst Wirtschaftlichkeits-, Szenario- und Abweichungsanalysen durch und leitest daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab. * Du unterstützt den Monatsabschluss, die Bildung von Rückstellungen sowie die Datenvalidierung in enger Abstimmung mit Finance. * Du wirkst aktiv im jährlichen Planungs-, Forecast- und Reviewprozess mit und trägst zur Standardisierung und Vereinfachung der Planungstools bei. * Du analysierst Kunden-, Kanal-, und Ergebnistreiber unserer Kleinbrauereien und dem Lebensmittelhandel-Bereich. * Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung von Reporting, Dashboards sowie SAP- und Power BI-Lösungen und trägst zur Optimierung von Prozessen bei. * Du arbeitest in nationalen sowie funktionsübergreifenden Projekten mit. * Du stellst die Datenqualität sicher und gewährleistest die Einhaltung interner Kontrollen sowie relevanter Compliance-Anforderungen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN * Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Unternehmensführung, Finanzwirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation absolviert * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung von 2-5 Jahre im Controlling, Commercial Finance, Reporting oder vergleichbarer analytischer Finance-Rolle * Fundierte, nachgewiesene Kenntnisse in Power BI (Datenmodellierung, DAX, Report-Aufbau) sowie Power Query (Datentransformation, Automatisierung von Datenflüssen) * Tätigkeiten im FMCG oder Sales & Marketing Umfeld sind von Vorteil * Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung - du denkst nicht nur in Analysen, sondern fragst dich aktiv: "Wie können wir das einfacher, schneller und besser machen?" * Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität * Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen Stakeholdern * Eigenverantwortliche, proaktive Persönlichkeit mit zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise * Freude an betriebswirtschaftlicher Steuerung, kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und Zusammenarbeit über Funktionen hinweg * Fließend Deutsch sowie Business-Level Englisch in Wort und Schrift
