1 Controlling Business Partner (m/w/d) Als Controlling Business Partner (m/w/d) bei der WALTER GROUP übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im gruppenweiten Controlling und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei.

Deine Aufgaben * Gestalte und entwickle ein gruppenweites Controlling weiter, das Transparenz schafft und fundierte Managemententscheidungen ermöglicht * Entwickle aussagekräftige Reports, Analysen und Steuerungsinstrumente für die WALTER GROUP weiter und bringe Impulse für moderne, datenbasierte Controlling-Lösungen ein * Als Business Partner verstehst Du die Geschäftslogik der Business Units und challengest Zahlen, Prozesse und Entwicklungen konstruktiv * Du bist Sparringspartner für Business Unit Controller, Finance, People & Culture, IT und weitere zentrale Schnittstellen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe * Treibe die Standardisierung, Harmonisierung und Digitalisierung von Controlling-Prozessen, Strukturen und Instrumenten aktiv voran * Wirke an der Weiterentwicklung interner Leistungsverrechnungen mit und sorge für nachvollziehbare und konsistente Steuerungslogiken * Stelle eine hohe Datenqualität sicher und schaffe damit die Grundlage für belastbare Analysen und Entscheidungen * Arbeite in konzernweiten Projekten mit, übernimm Teilprojektverantwortung und unterstütze bei der Einführung neuer Konzepte, Prozesse und Softwarelösungen

Dein Profil * Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise in einem Konzernumfeld * Analytisches Denken, ein gutes Gespür für Zusammenhänge und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und entscheidungsreif aufzubereiten * Ein Verständnis von Controlling, das über Reporting hinausgeht und einen aktiven Beitrag zur Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens leisten will * Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, klare Prioritätensetzung und Freude daran, Themen mit Eigeninitiative voranzutreiben * Souveränes Auftreten, klare Kommunikation und Sicherheit im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und Hierarchieebenen * Hohe IT- und Datenaffinität (zB Power BI) und Interesse an modernen Controlling-Instrumenten und digitalen Prozessen * Freude daran, bestehende Strukturen zu hinterfragen, Prozesse zu verbessern und gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Lösungen zu entwickeln * Gut passend für Menschen, die fachliche Stärke mit Teamorientierung verbinden und Verantwortung ebenso selbstverständlich übernehmen wie konstruktive Zusammenarbeit * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (min. C1)
