De organisatie stimuleert professionele ontwikkeling en biedt mogelijkheden om technische kennis en operationele vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Procesverbetering en veilige werkwijzen staan centraal in jouw takenpakket, waardoor jij direct bijdraagt aan efficiëntie en productkwaliteit. Functie-inhoud - Je stuurt en bewaakt het proces vanuit de controlroom en behaalt productiedoelstellingen. - Je monitort en bedient geautomatiseerde systemen zoals hoogbouwmagazijnen, AGV's en MES en handelt afwijkingen actief af. - Je stuurt functioneel operators aan en schakelt met teamleiders, storingsmonteurs en interne afdelingen om oplossingen te realiseren. - Je voert voorraadboekingen correct uit en bewaakt veiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen het productieproces. - Je signaleert procesverbeteringen en werkt mee aan projecten voor technische en softwarematige verbeteringen. - Je voert eerste lijns onderhoud uit, zoals verhelpen van blokkades, kleine afstellingen en het vervangen van zekeringen en sensoren en schakelt bij complexere storingen de technische dienst in. Functie-eisen - HBO-werk- en denkniveau of een relevante HBO-opleiding zoals Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Aantoonbare ervaring met complexe industriële processen in een productieomgeving. - Technisch en analytisch inzicht met begrip van de hardware achter software. - Stress.
