- Controls Engineer - 38 - 40 uur - Orlando Ben jij de Controls Engineer die onze machines slimmer maakt? Functieomschrijving Je zorgt voor het ontwerp (in Eplan), de bouw (uitbesteed aan leveranciers) en het testen van schakelkasten met honderden I/O's voor motoren, sensoren etc., en voor de configuratie en programmering van PLC besturing en HMI voor onze drogers en koelers. Deze worden na verscheping door onze Field Service Engineers in bedrijf gesteld bij klanten in meer dan 100 landen. Jij levert op afstand ondersteuning aan onze engineers. Je werkt samen met collega's van Field Service, Sales, Purchasing en R&D tot de klant tevreden is. Ook troubleshooting hoort erbij. Je analyseert op afstand storingen in industriële automatiseringssystemen en zorgt voor een passende oplossing. Daarnaast denk je mee over het upgraden van bestaande besturingen. Je bent mede-verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en continue verbeteren van standaarden, zowel hardware als software en bijbehorende werkinstructies. - Minimaal hbo-niveau, bij voorkeur Industriële Automatisering, Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek e.d. - Ervaring met het ontwerpen en controleren van schakelkasten in Eplan - Ervaring met PLC, HMI en SCADA software en met communicatieprotocollen - Kennis van relevante normen en regelgeving - Analytisch, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd, teamspeler, zelfstandig Organisatie Organisatie- en afdelingomschrijving Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationaal bedrijf dat marktleider is in energie-efficiënte droog- en koeloplossingen, met ruim 120 medewerkers. Hier werken mensen samen met een duidelijke focus op duurzaamheid. Zo is het kantoor volledig van hout en wordt er geïnvesteerd in innovatieve technologieën, zoals de elektrische warmtepompdroger die fabrieken helpt hun CO₂-uitstoot te halveren.
