Bij Janson Bridging ontwikkelen we modulaire brugsystemen die wereldwijd worden ingezet voor infrastructuur, industrie, defensie en calamiteiten. Om onze bruggen veilig, betrouwbaar en direct inzetbaar te houden, speelt onderhoud een cruciale rol. Vanuit onze Maintenance Shop in Hank zorgen we ervoor, dat brugcomponenten en constructiedelen in topconditie blijven, zodat ze overal ter wereld kunnen worden ingezet. Daarmee dragen wij dagelijks bij aan bereikbaarheid, veiligheid en economische ontwikkeling. Als Maintenance Mechanic ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, herstellen en aanpassen van brugonderdelen en staalconstructies. Met jouw vakmanschap zorg je ervoor, dat onze brugcomponenten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen en tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor internationale projecten. Je werkt samen met collega's binnen de Maintenance Shop en rapporteert aan de Maintenance Foreman. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan uiteenlopende brugcomponenten en staalconstructies. Je beoordeelt de technische staat van onderdelen en denkt actief mee over praktische oplossingen en verbeteringen binnen het onderhoudsproces. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - onderhoud, herstel en aanpassing van brugcomponenten en constructiedelen; - uitvoering van las- en constructiewerkzaamheden volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen; - controle van maatvoering met behulp van meetmiddelen en mallen; - lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen; - signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen; - veilig uitvoeren van werkzaamheden en actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving.
