Hinter der historischen Fassade aus dem 19. Jahrhundert erwartet einen mehr. Mit insgesamt 205 Zimmern & Suiten sind wir ein Place to be im Herzen der Stadt.

Kulinarisch setzen wir Maßstäbe! Gäste erleben im Restaurant 1870 (2 Hauben Gault Millau) innovative österreichische Fusion-Küche (Ökkei) oder tauchen ab in die puristische Welt Japans in unserem Restaurant Unkai (2 Hauben Gault Millau).

Im Eurostars Grand Hotel Wien verbinden wir das Goldene Zeitalter mit dem Spirit von heute. Wir feiern die Wiener Pracht - aber ohne das alte Klischee.

Wir suchen keine Nummern, sondern Charaktere, die unser Hotel und unsere preisgekrönten Restaurants (1870 & Unkai) mit Leben füllen.

Wir lieben die Geschichte unseres Hauses, schauen aber gemeinsam nach vorne.

Zur Verstärkung unsere Teams suchen wir - ab sofort: 1 Convention Sales Coordinator (m/w/x)

Ihre Aufgaben

* professionelle Beratung und Betreuung unserer bestehenden Gäste und Kunden

* telefonischer, sowie online oder persönlicher Verkauf von Veranstaltungen

* Angebots-, Vertrags- und Rechnungserstellung für Veranstaltungen mittels SAP

* Ansprechpartner bei Veranstaltungen für Gäste und Kollegen vor Ort

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Veranstaltungsablaufes

* Sicherstellung einer wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit mit der Bankettoperative

* Zuarbeitung bei der Vorbereitung des wöchentlichen Function Meetings

Ihr Profil

* Ausbildung und/oder Studium in der Gastronomie/ bzw. Hotellerie

* Erste Erfahrungen in der Veranstaltungsplanung (mind. 1 Jahr)

* MS Office und idealerweise SAP Kenntnisse

* Teamplayer:In mit positiver Ausstrahlung

* Empathie und mitreißende Leidenschaft

* Zuverlässig, Authentisch und Engagiert

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)

* Gepflegte Erscheinungsbild und kompetentes Auftreten

* Organisiert, strukturiert, teamorientiert, motiviert, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Freude und Interesse an Kundenkontakt und der Gästebetreuung
