Jouw takenpakket voor de job als conventioneel draaier ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • je werkt aan unieke stukken en maatwerkoplossingen, waarbij draaien en frezen centraal staan
  • je staat in voor het herstellen van onderdelen van schepen en constructies, en vervaardigt nieuwe, niet-gestandaardiseerde stukken voor uiteenlopende toepassingen en machines
  • geen enkele dag is hetzelfde in deze functie, de meeste werkzaamheden vinden plaats in het atelier in Zeebrugge, maar regelmatig ga je ook ter plaatse, bijvoorbeeld aan boord van schepen of op andere werven
  • je werkt zowel binnen als buiten, afhankelijk van de opdracht
  • omdat dringende herstellingen niet kunnen wachten, ben je soms ook inzetbaar in de avonduren of in het weekend

Wie zoeken we voor de job als conventioneel draaier:

  • je hebt een opleiding in mechanica gevolgd en beschikt over een eerste ervaring met draaien en frezen
  • je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om sporadisch 's avonds of in het weekend te werken
  • met jouw sterk technisch inzicht ga je graag op zoek naar oplossingen
  • je haalt voldoening uit het analyseren van problemen en het uitwerken van een passende, praktische oplossing
