Ben jij een vakman met gevoel voor metaal én precisie? Als Conventioneel Draaier speel je een sleutelrol in het herstellen en vervaardigen van onderdelen die onmisbaar zijn voor krachtige elektromotoren en industriële machines. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht en ambachtelijke skills brengen we onze motoren weer in topvorm. Klinkt dit als iets voor jou?

Als Conventioneel Draaier ben jij dé specialist die versleten of beschadigde onderdelen opnieuw vormgeeft. Je werkt met conventionele draaibanken en frezen en voert herstellingen uit die het verschil maken in de levensduur en werking van onze installaties.

  • Draaien van assen, gereedschappen, collectoren…
  • Uitfrezen en lamineren van collectoren.
  • Lassen van assen en lagerdeksels (in staal of gietijzer).
  • Aanpassen van ventilatoren, herstellen van motorvoeten en klemmenkasten.
  • Uitvoeren van balanceerwerken op rotoren en andere componenten.
  • Nauwkeurig opmeten, nameten en werken met de nodige zorg en afwerking.

Bovendien biedt deze functie interessante ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en kan je op termijn je verantwoordelijkheden uitbreiden in lijn met jouw interesses.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (mechanica A2) en ervaring met conventioneel draaiwerk.
  • Ervaring met elektromotoren, ventilatoren of pompen is een mooie plus.
  • Je bezit leidinggevende capaciteiten
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands
