Bewerk en stel onderdelen met precisie in, werk samen in een hecht en enthousiast team en ontwikkel je technische vaardigheden in het productieproces. Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een middelgrote producent van ontstekingsmechanismen voor de Industrie. Het bedrijf levert maatwerk aan klanten wereldwijd en heeft hiervoor alle middelen in huis. Zo beschikt deze relatie over een elektrotechnische werkplaats waar alle elektrische componenten, de benodigde instrumentatie en bedradingspanelen geassembleerd worden. Ook is er een goed uitgeruste werkplaats voor metaalbewerking waar (deels geautomatiseerd) bijna iedere klantvraag gerealiseerd kan worden. Als specialist beschikt onze opdrachtgever over zeer veel ontwerp- en productiekennis om alle mogelijke voorkomende toepassingen op het gebied van ontstekingssystemen te kunnen ontwerpen en te produceren. Na productie wordt er bijna altijd een FAT procedure uitgevoerd, al dan niet in het bijzijn van de klant. Functie Als Conventioneel Draaier/Frezer bestaan je dagelijkse taken en verantwoordelijkheden uit: Instellen, programmeren en bedienen van conventionele-draaibanken en -freesmachines; Uitvoeren van verspanende bewerkingen zoals draaien en frezen met precisie; Bewerken en afwerken van metalen onderdelen; Controleren van geproduceerde onderdelen op nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit tijdens en na het productieproces; Oplossen van technische problemen tijdens bewerkingen; Bijdragen aan een efficiënt productieproces door samenwerking met collega’s en het aandragen van verbeteringen. Functie-eisen Een Conventioneel Draaier/Frezer heeft idealiter de volgende kenmerken: Een afgeronde opleiding (MBO niveau) in verspaning of techniek en ervaring met conventionele-frees- en draaibanken; Affiniteit met techniek en een brede ervaring in verspanende bewerkingen; Oplossingsgerichte instelling en het vermogen om snel te kunnen schakelen bij veranderende werkzaamheden; Een echte

teamspeler die bijdraagt aan een positieve en productieve werksfeer; Leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen en mee te groeien met het team. Aanbod Een Conventioneel Draaier/Frezer kan rekenen op de volgende arbeidsvoorwaarden: Een salaris tussen €2.700,- en €4.500,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van kennis en kunde; 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV dagen; Reiskostenvergoeding; Moderne en schone werkomgeving bij een gezonde organisatie; Ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling.
