Luba Conventioneel draaier/frezer - Tilburg - 40 uur - Vast - Mbo Ga aan de slag als conventioneel draaier/frezer met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor ontwikkeling in een professionele werkomgeving. Over het werk In deze veelzijdige functie werk je binnen een professionele verspaningsomgeving aan het vervaardigen en nabewerken van metalen onderdelen en componenten. Je werkt met verschillende materialen en zorgt ervoor dat ieder werkstuk nauwkeurig volgens technische tekeningen, maatvoeringen en voorgeschreven specificaties wordt geproduceerd. Je stelt conventionele draai- en freesmachines zelfstandig in en bedient deze met oog voor detail en kwaliteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct opspannen en uitlijnen van werkstukken en voert werkzaamheden uit zoals draaien, frezen, boren, tappen en diverse nabewerkingen. Daarbij lees en interpreteer je technische tekeningen en controleer je tijdens en na het productieproces zorgvuldig de maatvoering, toleranties en oppervlaktekwaliteit met behulp van verschillende meetgereedschappen. Nauwkeurigheid en vakmanschap staan centraal in deze functie. Je werkt volgens de geldende werk-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en draagt bij aan een nette, veilige en goed georganiseerde werkplek. Ook het dagelijks onderhouden en schoonhouden van de machines behoort tot je werkzaamheden. Als conventioneel draaier/frezer krijg je de ruimte om jouw technische kennis en ervaring in te zetten en verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige producten waarbij precisie, kwaliteit en vakmanschap vooropstaan.
