Bij ons help je niet alleen klanten. Je werkt ook mee aan iets unieks: een AI-agent die leert van echte gesprekken en echte situaties. En jij bent één van de mensen die die AI mee beter maakt.

Wat je doet (en wat het bijzonder maakt). Elke dag help je mensen die ergens vastlopen:

  • een dringende vraag over planning of transport
  • een probleem dat snel opgelost moet worden
  • een dossier dat even “vastzit”

Dat doe je via telefoon, mail en in systemen. Maar tegelijk doe je nog iets extra:

Je traint mee onze AI-agent

Je leert de AI welke antwoorden, oplossingen en stappen echt werken

Je helpt het systeem slimmer worden zodat het de volgende collega’s sneller kan ondersteunen

Je bent dus niet alleen een helper — je bent ook een bouwer van hoe we in de toekomst werken.

We starten rustig:

  • dan stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid
  • altijd begeleiding via onze interne Memo Academy
  • en een systeem dat je helpt in real time

Voor je het weet, ben jij degene die nieuwe student collega’s op weg helpt en de AI beter maakt.

Jouw groeipad (echt, geen loze belofte)

Je kan doorgroeien in 3 richtingen:

1. ‍ Expert in klantendienst & dispatching

Je wordt dé vraagbaak voor complexe cases.

2. AI trainer / AI workflow specialist

Je leert hoe je AI-agenten voedt met echte cases en betere oplossingen.

3. Teamlead

Je begeleidt student collega’s, houdt overzicht en helpt het team elke dag beter presteren.

Je kiest zelf waar je naartoe groeit — op jouw tempo.
