Taal Poland Portugal The Netherlands Conversie extern mid- en backofficesysteem binnen een bank Heading lines image DE VRAAG In 2016 vroeg een bank ons om onderzoek te doen naar issues die zijn ontstaan door een migratie van hypotheken. Bij dit project werd het beheer van de hypotheekportefeuille uitbesteed aan een systeemleverancier. Het onderzoek vertaalden we naar een voorstel met mogelijke oplossingen. Dit leidde tot een tweede project, in samenwerking met de bank en de leverancier. Wij vervulden hierbij de consultancy-rol en deden het projectmanagement. ONZE AANPAK We vertaalden issues naar requirements en vervolgens naar user stories. De user stories realiseerden we op een Scrum-manier. Hierin zochten we de verbinding tussen bank en systeemleverancier. Het was cruciaal om de bank up-to-date te houden over opgeleverde functionaliteiten. Wensen vanuit de bank vertaalden we direct naar user stories. Deze deelden we met de systeemleverancier, zodat zij met oplossingen konden komen. We keken of deze voldeden aan onze wensen. Ook pasten we de procesbeschrijvingen en instructies aan. Betrokken medewerkers kregen een demo van de opgeleverde functionaliteiten. HET RESULTAAT Alle issues zijn door de systeemleverancier opgelost. De bank maakt succesvol gebruik van het externe systeem en werkt nauw samen met de systeemleverancier. Om taken en verantwoordelijkheden te borgen, maakten we een proceshandboek met alle werkprocessen en bijbehorende flowcharts, RACIS en procesbeschrijvingen. Zo blijft de werkverdeling duidelijk en weten alle betrokken medewerkers wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Welke kansen zie jij? We maken graag een afspraak.
