Dan pas jij perfect in de functie Conversiemedewerker Verzekeren! Over de functie Word dé schakel in één van de grootste conversietrajecten binnen de zakelijke verzekeringswereld. Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers zoeken wij Conversiemedewerkers Zakelijke Verzekeringen die graag werken in een dynamische projectomgeving. Jij speelt een belangrijke rol in de conversie van een grote migratie. In totaal gaat het om circa 40.000 zakelijke klanten die stap voor stap worden overgezet naar de nieuwe propositie. Tijdens deze conversies worden producten vernieuwd, systemen aangepast én merken samengebracht. Je kunt op meerdere conversies worden ingezet, waardoor je een brede en veelzijdige functie krijgt. Als conversiemedewerker word je volledig opgeleid om op klantniveau de conversie uit te voeren. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met conversiespecialisten en collega's uit verschillende teams. Je houdt je bezig met het uitvoeren van conversies waarin je nauwkeurig klantinformatie weet op te stellen met duidelijke informatie over wat er verandert tussen het oude en het nieuwe product en welke keuzes de klant heeft gemaakt. Ook houd je je tijdens je werk bezig met het beantwoorden van klantvragen. Je schakelt veel met adviseurs per telefoon en e-mail. Je denkt mee en geeft uitleg.
