Als Conversiespecialist MKB bij een grote financiële dienstverlener maak jij het verschil in de voorbereiding van klantgesprekken en bouw je mee aan een efficiënter conversieprogramma tot eind 2027. In de rol van Conversiespecialist MKB duik je diep in de administratieve conversies van zakelijke verzekeringen. Je vergelijkt complexe dossiers, spoort afwijkingen op en vertaalt deze naar heldere inzichten voor de verzekeringsadviseurs. Samen met zo'n 25 collega's in het conversieteam werk je nauw samen met betrokken partijen en verzekeraars. Jij zorgt dat risico's en bijzonderheden tijdig op de agenda staan, zodat adviseurs beslagen ten ijs komen in hun klantgesprekken. - Je analyseert uitgevoerde administratieve conversies van zakelijke verzekeringen en brengt verschillen en hiaten in kaart. - Je stelt overzichtelijke analyse- en voorbereidingsdocumenten op voor de verzekeringsadviseurs. - Je herkent terugkerende patronen en knelpunten in dossiers en doet verbetervoorstellen voor processen en formats. - Je stemt inhoudelijk af met betrokken specialisten en de kringen bij complexe dossiers. - Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan het conversieprogramma dat loopt tot eind 2027.
