Inmiddels staan er 33 clubs, en het komende jaar groeien we door naar 50 locaties. Het einddoel? Marktleider van West-Europa worden. Om die ambitie waar te maken, zoeken we een COO die net zo hard van aanpakken houdt als onze spelers op de baan. Als COO sta je aan het roer van de dagelijkse operatie en vorm je samen met de directie het strategisch hart van The Padellers. Jij vertaalt onze groeiambities naar concrete actie: soepele processen, teams die op elkaar zijn ingespeeld, en een organisatie die opschaalt zonder aan kwaliteit in te boeten. Kortom: jij zorgt dat 33 locaties straks moeiteloos 50 en meer worden. Job Responsibilities - De dagelijkse operationele processen aansturen en continu verbeteren - Strategische doelstellingen vertalen naar heldere, uitvoerbare plannen - Teams aansturen, motiveren en verder ontwikkelen - Kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klantbeleving bewaken én naar een hoger niveau tillen - Kansen spotten voor groei, innovatie en professionalisering - De verbindende factor zijn tussen interne teams en externe partners Profile - Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring in een operationele of leidinggevende rol - Bij voorkeur ervaring in leisure en met het aansturen van meerdere locaties .
