The posting

Le commissariat national drogues recherche un coordinateur d’implementation pour rejoindre ses rangs et contribuer ainsi à la lutte contre la criminalité liée à la drogue.

En effet, après une analyse approfondie, l’autorité fédérale à prioritisées diverses mesures d’ amélioration pour casser le modèle des revenus criminels de la criminalité organisée (drogues). Ainsi une analyse AS IS fut élaborée de toute la chaîne et de tous les services concernés, suivi d’une proposition TO BE. Sur cette base les autorités concernées ont fixé les mesures prioritaires qui doivent être prises.

Le suivi et l’accompagnement intensifs de l’implémentation de ces mesures d’amélioration ainsi que leur rapportage constituent le contenu de la fonction. Il ne s’agit pas d’une fonction d’inspection ou de contrôle. La fonction se veut être stimulante et participative : un guidage qui contribue à la réalisation de l’‘objectif fixé : la déstabilisation de la criminalité organisée ( drogues ).

Ceci suppose des contacts avec des personnes, des services et des autorités, un suivi dit “ dash-board “ des mesures d’amélioration et finalement un avis global sur le suivi dans leur ensemble.

Tâches :

Vos tâches cadrent dans l’important objectif sociétal précité et se rapportent aux missions légales du commissariat national drogues énumérées en infra.

Concrètement:

° procéder à un suivi poussé de la concrétisation et l’implémentation de tous les mesures d’amélioration;

° aller à la rencontre de tous les services et responsables concernés, les assister et procurer les informations utiles;

° réaliser un rapportage régulier et méthodologique de l’implémentation des mesures d’amélioration;

° formuler des propositions de recadrage éventuel des mesures en fonction des objectifs et des crédits disponibles;

° de façon empirique, rendre un avis sur la mise en oeuvre d’un suivi systémique.
