En tant que Coordinateur Technique, vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement quotidien d’un atelier technique composé d’une petite équipe de techniciens. Vous combinez des responsabilités de gestion d’équipe avec une participation active aux opérations sur le terrain.

Vos principales missions :

  • Encadrer, accompagner et soutenir une équipe de 6 techniciens.
  • Répartir les tâches et assurer le suivi des travaux au sein de l’atelier.
  • Entretenir les relations avec les clients et garantir une communication fluide.
  • Réaliser des diagnostics techniques et intervenir vous-même sur les véhicules lorsque nécessaire.
  • Veiller à la qualité du travail, au respect des règles de sécurité et à une planification efficace.
  • Gérer les stocks, les pièces détachées et les commandes.
  • Assurer le suivi des tâches administratives et de la documentation technique.

Pour cette fonction de Coordinateur Technique, vous disposez des compétences suivantes :

  • Solides connaissances techniques en électricité et en mécanique.
  • Expérience dans le domaine des véhicules, du matériel roulant ou d’installations techniques similaires.
  • Expérience dans la gestion ou la coordination d’une équipe technique.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français pour la communication quotidienne.
  • Connaissance de l’anglais permettant la compréhension de documents techniques.
  • La connaissance du néerlandais constitue un atout supplémentaire.
  • Permis de conduire B.
  • Bonnes compétences administratives pour la gestion des stocks et le suivi des interventions.
