En lien direct avec le dirigeant et en collaboration avec le chef d'atelier déjà en place, vous jouez un rôle central dans le bon déroulement des travaux et dans la satisfaction des clients industriels de la région.

Concrètement, vous :

  • Préparez les travaux et réalisez les plans nécessaires (réparations, nouvelles pièces) et assurez le contrôle dimensionnel des pièces usinées ;
  • Réalisez et suivez les devis, en évaluant avec précision les temps d'usinage et de montage selon la complexité de chaque pièce ;
  • Passez les commandes de matières premières et d'outillages nécessaires à la bonne marche des travaux ;
  • Éditez les ordres de travail et constituez les dossiers de fabrication, en veillant à ce que chaque opérateur dispose de toutes les informations utiles ;
  • Entretenez une relation de proximité avec les clients pour comprendre leurs attentes et garantir leur satisfaction ;
  • Participez activement aux réunions de débriefing quotidiennes pour ajuster les priorités et les délais ;
  • Devenez, au fil de votre implication, un véritable soutien de confiance pour le dirigeant dans la gestion administrative et technique de l'atelier.
