Jaarlijks verwelkomt de organisatie honderdduizenden bezoekers tijdens een brede waaier aan professionele, culturele en publieksgerichte evenementen.Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notre client recherche un Coordinateur Événementiel afin d'assurer le suivi, l'organisation et la coordination de ses événements.Om zijn activiteiten verder uit te bouwen, is onze klant op zoek naar een Event Coördinator die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de organisatie, opvolging en coördinatie van evenementen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Assurer la coordination opérationnelle des événements avant, pendant et après leur déroulement.
  • Être le point de contact principal des clients, exposants, fournisseurs et partenaires.
  • Préparer et suivre les plannings des événements.
  • Gérer les aspects administratifs liés aux dossiers et contrats.
  • Coordonner les différents services internes impliqués dans chaque projet.
  • Veiller au respect des délais, budgets et exigences des clients.
  • Participer aux réunions de préparation et aux débriefings.
  • Identifier les risques ou problèmes éventuels et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus événementiels.

  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, exposanten, leveranciers en partners.
  • Eventplanningen voorbereiden en opvolgen.
  • Administratieve opvolging van dossiers en contracten verzorgen.
  • Samenwerken met de verschillende interne afdelingen die betrokken zijn bij elk project.
  • Toezien op deadlines, budgetten en klantverwachtingen.
  • Deelnemen aan voorbereidingsvergaderingen en evaluatiemomenten.
  • Mogelijke risico's of problemen tijdig identificeren en oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Bijdragen aan de continue optimalisatie van evenementenprocessen.
  • Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue français et néerlandais (obligatoire).
  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie dans la coordination d'événements.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles.
  • Vous êtes proactif(ve), autonome et orienté(e) solutions.
  • Vous appréciez le travail d'équipe et les environnements dynamiques.
  • Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais constitue un atout.

  • U bent proactief, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
  • U werkt graag samen in teamverband binnen een dynamische omgeving.
  • Een goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
