The posting

  • Je stuurt de medewerkers van de administratieve afdeling aan en begeleidt hen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden;
  • Je ondersteunt medewerkers bij calculaties, de behandeling van wachturen, de verwerking van POD's (Proof of Delivery), inkomende facturatie en uitgaande facturatie;
  • Je voert deze administratieve werkzaamheden ook zelf uit wanneer nodig;
  • Je ziet toe op een correcte, tijdige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de administratieve processen;
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen binnen het team;
  • Je signaleert verbeterpunten en draagt bij aan een efficiënte werking van de afdeling;
  • Bij afwezigheid van het Hoofd Administratie neem je een deel van de dagelijkse opvolging over, waaronder de verwerking van e-mails en de behandeling van verlofaanvragen.
  • Je hebt een bachelor in een economische richting of ervaring binnen een administratieve functie met ervaring in het aansturen van een team;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet medewerkers te motiveren en te begeleiden;
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen;
  • Je bent proactief, stressbestendig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en administratieve software.
