Coordinator Digitale Missie - Overveen Vacature: Coördinator Digitale Missie (0,8-1,0 fte) - Overveen Wie de Kerk vandaag voor het eerst ontmoet, doet dat vaak online. Maar die eerste ontmoeting vraagt om een vervolgstap naar gemeenschap. Onze opdrachtgever zoekt daarom een Coördinator Digitale Missie die deze beweging weet op te bouwen en te begeleiden. De opdracht Je bouwt aan een digitale gemeenschap waarin gelovigen anderen begeleiden naar een concrete stap richting parochie, viering of geloofstraject. Je geeft richting aan de digitale presentie van onze opdrachtgever, verbindt bestaande activiteiten zoals ExploreCatholic, KathedraalTV, bisdomblad Samen Kerk , de website en de sociale media) tot één herkenbaar en betrouwbaar geheel, met een consistente, theologisch zorgvuldige en toegankelijke toon. Wie wij zoeken Wij zoeken een overtuigende verbinder met een missionaire instelling en sterke digitale affiniteit. Vereisten en achtergrond: - HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, met sterke voorkeur voor opleiding in communicatie, marketing, journalistiek of media - Aantoonbare ervaring met digitale communicatie, social media en/of communityvorming - Ervaring met het opbouwen en begeleiden van netwerken of vrijwilligersgroepen - Affiniteit met missionair kerk-zijn; ervaring binnen kerkelijke of christelijke organisaties (bijv. parochies, Alpha, jongerenwerk) is een sterke pré - Inzicht in hoe digitale communicatie kan leiden tot persoonlijke ontmoeting en geloofsverdieping Persoonlijke kenmerken en vaardigheden: - Verbindend, enthousiasmerend en in staat mensen in beweging te brengen - Sterk communicatief: gevoel voor toon, inhoud en doelgroep - Initiatiefrijk en zelfstandig, met tegelijk een goed gevoel voor samenwerking - Geduldige bouwer, gericht op duurzame groei Kerkelijke betrokkenheid: - Interesse in de Rooms-Katholieke Kerk - In staat zich te verbinden aan de missie en identiteit van onze opdrachtgever en deze geloofwaard...
