Woningborg zoekt een Coordinator Kwaliteitsborging Gouda Ben jij klaar om een sleutelrol te spelen in de wereld van kwaliteitsborging en het bouwproces naar een hoger niveau te tillen? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou! Over ons Woningborg Toetsing en Toezicht is al ruim 10 jaar dé marktleider in kwaliteitsborging in de bouwsector. Sinds de invoering van de Wet Kwaliteitsborging op 1 januari 2024, hebben wij onze dienstverlening uitgebreid. Wij bieden alles wat bouwers nodig hebben om hun kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau te tillen met onze producten: Kwaliteitsborging (Wkb), Toetsing op 'goed en deugdelijk' werk, geluid- en luchtdichtheidsmetingen en ondersteuning bij BENG-certificering. Dit alles zorgt voor lagere faalkosten en betere bouwprojecten. Als Coördinator Kwaliteitsborging zorg jij dat elk bouwproject vlekkeloos verloopt en dat risico's tijdig worden aangepakt. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor bouwers, architecten en gemeenten en bewaakt het kwaliteitsproces van A tot Z. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en bewaken van het kwaliteitsborgingsproces van A tot Z; - Analyseren van bouwplannen en signaleren van bouwkundige risico's; - Afstemmen met bouwkundig inspecteurs en toezien op de voortgang; - Periodiek beoordelen van kwaliteitsregistraties; - Onderhouden van contact met bouwondernemers, architecten en gemeenten. Dankzij jouw inzet verlopen projecten soepel en voldoen ze aan alle geldende wet- en regelgeving. Functie eisen - Een hbo-diploma in Bouwkunde, Bouwtechnische Bedrijfskunde of Technische Bedrijfskunde; - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als bouwplantoetser of projectleider; - Gedegen kennis van bouwkundige wet- en regelgeving; - Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden; - Een gestructureerde werkwijze en oog voor detail.
