Werken bij Quooker Coordinator Logistics - Op locatie - - Rotterdam - Logistics Maak mensen sterker en onze logistiek slimmer. - Je geeft op coachende wijze leiding, bent oprecht betrokken bij je medewerkers en draagt bij aan een open en prettige werksfeer. - Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat de wekelijkse aantallen en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen worden behaald, waarbij je tijdig bijstuurt als dat nodig is. - Je bewaart het overzicht in de dagelijkse dynamiek en vertaalt signalen vanaf de werkvloer naar verbeteringen in onze logistieke processen. Dit ga je doen als coordinator logistics Jouw rol als Coordinator is bijdragen aan het steeds verbeteren van je team en de processen in ons Quooker Distribution Center, ookwel QDC. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele begeleiding van je team (+/- 15 man). Dit doe je door oprechte interesse te tonen, jouw team op coachende wijze te begeleiden en door duidelijk te communiceren. Je bent als Coordinator Logistics ook nauw betrokken bij diverse verbetertrajecten in samenwerking met je team lead. Daarnaast werk je in het proces wat bestaat uit het bewaken van de voortgang voor alle parcels (postlijn), E-commerce (webshop), Palletorders (PAL) en Service (Consumenten) en PSN, BBOX (Overnight Shipments). Sinds mei 2026 werken we vanuit ons gloednieuwe en duurzame warehouse in Ridderkerk, op bedrijventerrein Nieuw-Reijerwaard. Een groot deel van onze logistieke processen verloopt hier geautomatiseerd. De basis staat, maar we zijn nog volop bezig om de systemen, processen en samenwerking steeds beter op elkaar aan te laten sluiten. Stap voor stap boeken we vooruitgang. Bij jouw afdeling Pick & Pack liggen daar mooie uitdagingen, waar jij samen met je team lead er naar toe werkt om dit elke dag beter te maken.
