Ben jij klantgericht en kun je snel schakelen? Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een daadkrachtige onderhoudscoördinator voor meerdere klanten in de regio Amsterdam. Functie Als onderhoudscoördinator heb je een verantwoordelijke rol. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klant, maar ook voor de technici in de buitendienst. Jouw taken bestaan onder meer uit: - Plannen en afhandelen van preventief onderhoud, op zodanige wijze dat de contractafspraken gerealiseerd kunnen worden; - Opstellen, bewaken en coördineren van de gedetailleerde onderhoudsplanning en het effectief en efficiënt inzetten van technici en onderaannemers; - Voorbereiden en dispatchen van orders, zorgdragen dat materialen en diensten juist en tijdig aanwezig zijn voor goede uitvoering van het werk; - Juist en tijdig terugkoppelen van de ingeplande en uitgevoerde orders; - Monitoren en opvolgen van mogelijke vervolgacties; - Bewaken van de uitvoering van procedures, tijdigheid, veiligheid en uniforme werkwijze en hierover rapporteren; Functie-eisen Wij verwachten van onze onderhoudscoordinator een proactieve en verantwoordelijke houding. Jij hebt afgeronde opleiding op tenminste MBO niveau, bent digitaal vaardig en hebt affiniteit met de techniek. Daarbij weet je te handelen in stressvolle situaties, beschik je over een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en ben je communicatief vaardig.
