The posting

Onze klant is uitgegroeid tot één van de belangrijkste spelers ter wereld op gebied van diepvries aardappelproducten voor private labels.

Als Coördinator veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu rapporteer je aan de HSE Manager op de site in Waasten en speel je een sleutelrol in het garanderen van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieubescherming.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden :

  • Beheren van noodsituaties met betrekking tot de veiligheid (branden, explosies, ongevallen) en het milieu (vervuiling, geluidsoverlast, stank, enz.).
  • Coördineren van milieukwesties en ondersteunen van procedures voor de verlenging van vergunningen in samenwerking met externe adviseurs.
  • Fungeren als back-up voor de HSE Manager.
  • Analyseren van risico's en opstellen van actieplannen voor veiligheid en milieu.
  • Medewerkers op een educatieve en gestructureerde manier opleiden om de geïdentificeerde risico's te verminderen en tegelijkertijd te zorgen voor een efficiënte organisatie.
  • Coördineren en bewaken van relaties en acties met dienstverleners en externe partners, in nauwe samenwerking met alle afdelingen.
  • Bijwerken en bewaken van wettelijke vereisten op het gebied van veiligheid en milieu.

Projectwerk:

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van projecten om noodsituaties en ongevallen te voorkomen.
  • Organiseren van het beheer van noodsituaties, waaronder evacuatieoefeningen en trainen van responsteams.
  • Bevorderen van een cultuur van veiligheids- en milieubewustzijn binnen het bedrijf.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een HSE- of technische richting (een certificaat Preventieadviseur niveau I is een voordeel).
  • Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om structuur aan te brengen in complexe processen.
  • Je beschikt over communicatieve vaardigheden: overtuigend, diplomatiek en in staat om anderen te motiveren en naar hetzelfde doel te leiden.
  • Je bent een zeer goede teamspeler, resultaatgericht, met bewezen oplossingen, leergierig en flexibel.
  • Ervaring in projectmanagement, indien mogelijk gerelateerd aan veiligheid en milieu.
  • Een goede beheersing van Frans en Engels is essentieel voor deze functie.
