Gemeente Epe is een fijne plek om te wonen én te werken met veel natuurschoon. De Veluwe met zijn uitgestrekte bossen, de heide en het IJssellandschap geven de gemeente een uniek karakter. Samen met ruim 220 collega's zetten we ons elke dag in voor onze 33.000 inwoners. De sfeer is informeel, de communicatielijnen zijn kort en er is ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat Epe steeds mooier, groener en veiliger wordt. Bij de gemeente Epe maak jij elke dag het verschil. Opdracht Als Procesregisseur Zorg en Veiligheid richt je je op inwoners met ernstige en meervoudige problematiek. Denk aan situaties waarin huiselijk geweld, verwar gedrag, verslaving, schulden of overlast een rol spelen. Je bewaakt het process, brengt structuur aan en zorgt ervoor dat betrokken partijen samenwerken vanuit een duidelijk aanpak. Daarbij: - Voer je de procesregie op complexe casuïstiek waarbij meerdere organisaties betrokken zijn; - Pak je de regie wanneer partijen onderling niet tot een oplossing komen; - Organiseer en faciliteer je overleggen en bewaak je gemaakte afspraken en de voortgang; - Verbind je collega's binnen de gemeente met partners zoals politie, zorgaanbieders, woningcorporaties, GGZ en het Veiligheidshuis; - Signaleer je knelpunten en stuur je actief op samenwerking en resultaat; - Schakel je snel wanneer een acute situatie daarom vraagt, zonder de duurzame oplossing uit het oog te verliezen; - Laat je verantwoordelijkheden waar ze horen en neem je het werk van betrokken professionals en organisaties niet over; In de vermelde startdatum in de offerteaanvraag kunnen zodoende geen ...
