Wij zijn Athora Netherlands, een verzekeringsbedrijf met de bekende merken Zwitserleven en Reaal. Wij houden ons voornamelijk bezig met pensioenen en levensverzekeringen op de Nederlandse markt. Dat doen wij als onderdeel van een Europese groep met vestigingen in Ierland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, België, Duitsland en Italië. Wij zijn een sterk bedrijf met ruim één miljoen klanten en wij willen de komende jaren doorgroeien tot een van de belangrijkste spelers in de snel veranderende pensioenmarkt. Daarom zoeken wij mensen die niet terugdeinzen voor verandering, die van aanpakken weten, die de ambitie hebben om resultaten neer te zetten en die daarom het beste uit zichzelf en hun team weten te halen. Slimmer samen, noemen wij dat. Wat ga je doen? Bij Zwitserleven draait alles om het waarmaken van onze merkbelofte: een helder en menselijk perspectief bieden op een complex onderwerp als pensioen. Die belofte vertalen we naar communicatie die vertrouwen geeft, richting biedt en aansluit bij wat klanten echt nodig hebben. Als copywriter ga je bij Zwitserleven aan de slag met het verbeteren van communicatie binnen verschillende Customer Journeys en kanalen, zoals de website, brieven en berichten in de berichten box. Deze communicatie is vaak informatief en soms juridisch van aard. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je complexe informatie helder en begrijpelijk kunt vertalen naar duidelijke teksten. Je gebruikt data, onderzoek en andere inzichten om content continu te verbeteren. Dit doe je niet alleen: je werkt nauw samen met UX-designers, communicatieadviseurs en Customer Journey experts.
