Als Corporate Communicatieadviseur zorg jij ervoor dat we helder, herkenbaar en in samenhang vertellen waar we voor staan, welke keuzes we maken en wat die betekenen voor onze omgeving. Je bent de strategische sparringpartner voor bestuur en management op het gebied van corporate positionering, reputatie en communicatie. Je overziet het grotere geheel, brengt maatschappelijke, bestuurlijke en politieke ontwikkelingen samen en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar een duidelijke communicatiestrategie, scherpe kernboodschappen en bruikbare kaders. Daarbij verbind je strategie, beleid en uitvoering, zonder formele lijnverantwoordelijkheid. Je maakt deel uit van Strategie & Beleid en werkt nauw samen met de vakgroep communicatie en collega's in de hele organisatie. Met jouw advies en regie zorg je dat interne en externe communicatie elkaar versterken en bijdragen aan vertrouwen, begrip en draagvlak.
