Bij Fineko zoeken we een corporate finance consultant met 6 à 10 jaar ervaring die onze afdeling verder helpt uitbouwen. Je krijgt de kans om als aanspreekpunt van a tot z projecten te trekken en nauw samen te werken met collega’s van accountancy en andere advisory afdelingen.

Wat ga je doen? • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten: je begeleidt ondernemers doorheen het volledige traject van waardebepaling tot overname.

• Je specialiseert je in waardebepalingen en gebruikt gangbare methodes om een objectieve waarde van een onderneming te bepalen.

• Je werkt haalbaarheidsstudies en budgetten uit en vertaalt zo de visie van de ondernemer in concrete cijfers.

• Je coördineert projecten en neemt initiatief om onze corporate finance afdeling verder uit te bouwen.

• Je zorgt voor vlotte samenwerking met je collega’s en zorgt dat klanten een topservice van a tot z ervaren.

De collega die wij zoeken… • Heeft een masterdiploma handelswetenschappen (TEW/accountancy-finace) of gelijkaardig.

• Beschikt over 6 à 10 jaar ervaring, idealiter in corporate finance, audit of waarderingsopdrachten.

• Is analytisch sterk en kan snel de rode draad vinden in complexe vraagstukken.

• Is ondernemend, klantgericht en communicatief, met het vermogen om vertrouwen te winnen én kritisch mee te denken.

• Heeft goesting om niet alleen projecten te doen, maar ook om actief mee te bouwen aan de groei van onze corporate finance afdeling.

• Werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en voelt zich comfortabel als trekker van projecten.
